Trio non-sin-tri

“A creature appears before us. It is made up of three humanoids. Together, they breathe and constantly mutate. It has the ability to split apart, although only briefly, and when they come back together, they create different monstrous morphologies. Sometimes, it likes to ride a unicycle, juggle clubs, and climb on itself. Other times, all at once…”

Baptiste Jeannequin

Baptiste Jeannequin grew up in the suburbs of Paris where he started practicing juggling around the age of 16 as an autodidact to support his hyper activity and respond to a deep desire for creation.  After a chaotic school career and disappointed by the proven effectiveness of the French educational system in stimulating his interest in living things,  he moved towards a hunt for boredom that will eventually lead him to juggling, movement and improvisation.  He’s conducting a search around a body, found (his) that he thought was lost forever.  Recently, he was released de-formed from the Center Régional des Arts du Cirque de Lomme, and now he works to produce a coherence between the presence of the body and of the objects on stage in live performance mainly with the creation of the show “DiGitôLE” (juggling trio and a musician) and “From Cartoon to Techno” (juggling solo and jester).
